1520 : Fretting Over The North Sea

There is something about the mist and the sea. I am well aware that the seasoned navigators amongst you will say that often it is a dangerous mix, but those of us that take photographs will see only the way in which the mist draws things together and softens the hardest salt-encrusted edges. This was taken in Scarborough, at a time when the mist was fretting over the North Sea.

It is a beautiful photo. I have fond memories of being on a boat on a very wavy North Sea but in the summer season.
