1290 : A Pint Of Dark Mild

YE OLD HARROW, BROAD STREET, SHEFFIELD

Built in 1825, the Old Harrow is the last of some 17 pubs that stood in Broad Street, Sheffield. And whilst the building is still standing, nobody will be downing a pint in there any time soon as the interior of the building is wrecked. When it was open it was supposed to be haunted: dark figures were reputed to wander through the bars late at night. For several years the dark figures have had the place to themselves, which is sad. Very sad.

Nice refurbishment job for a retired gentleman...

It is rather sad, as it does appear like something so worthy of repairing and bringing life in once again!

After removing my glasses and looking closer I can see that window does have a bowed out base so it is suppose to look like that. I at first thought the ghosts were pushing out on the windows trying to get out.
