Huddersfield On Ice

One can do nothing but admire the ability of the Local Authority not only to predict the weather we are currently enjoying it, but also proclaiming it - if not from the rooftops then at least from the roundabouts. As we drove home from a party last night the car thermometer was registering -10c at one stage. Brrrr.

'Uddersfield' on ice, whatever next.
A good Christmas to you as well, Alan.

It has the advantage that you can skate from home to the ice rink! Yes, it's jolly cold isn't it?

I thought our -7c (according to the car) was cold enough... I feel sorry for you folk further north.

I suppose your car thermometer is newer than our's in our Toyota that only gives us readings in F not C.

I like the weather in spite of its proclivities. I guess it would still be there if we didn't bother to think about it.

Sorry you missed seeing the last model from the Lincoln Production Company, Melissa. Copy and paste the link below to see what others saw.

Seems a bit cold for your region but it's common over here. Happy holidays in case I forget later. Christmas is now racing towards me a bit faster than I care and I'm getting slower. Outcome???

That is only 14 degrees F..warm and toasty compared to here..last night it was -7F or for you that would be
-22 C..now that is a real brrr. It is warming up now and preparing to snow again.
There are only a couple of roundabouts here..there is one in Nebraska and one in Indiana..both confuse me everytime:)

Anything below freezing is not fun. We have jumped from warmer to very cold at night. Our warmer is your zero degrees C.

Nice roundabout. The last time I took pictures of a local roundabout, it included some teenagers driving their cars to school the wrong way around the circle for devil. Maybe you could find some driving backwards around yours?
