100211 : Apocalipsis

In addition to the colourful bars - and no John I never made it to the Frog Bar - the buses of Acapulco are a delight to behold. Each bus seems to have a name which is displayed far more prominently that the destination. Mind you, I dread to think where the Apocalipsis is heading for!

No johns are a big problem and I don't think we worry about until we go elsewhere and they just don't have them. The bus sign is making sure that the near sighted can find their way.

I LOVE Mexico and their carefree attitude and non-embarrassment of English mis-spellings and humor...wasn't it the best fun????
We go there almost every year for some sun and I love the natives there...especially on the other coast..the Mayan people are wonderful there!

The bus drivers must or the bus owners must be very proud of the names on the buses. It may have a lot to do with who gets where they want to go v not getting there at all. It is a nice-looking bus.

Considering the placement of the sign means the bus driver can no longer see, the name of the bus seems very appropriate.

Gorgeous bus... much nicer than the flat fronted characterless variety we have.
